As a painter Noeli has been rewarded with a great number of medals and  distinctions.

We can mention for instance:

- Diploma of the Associacao Brasileira de Desenho e Artes Visuais –

Golden Medal for an opus in acrillic exhibited in Rio de Janeiro, 1995 –
Cultural Space of Guaira Tavern – Honor Guest for the exhibition in October 23, 2000 –

Certificate of Merit for her work in Brasilian Arts granted by Soarte an

Association of Artists in Rio de Janeiro, May, 18^th. 2001.

Graduated in Maringa Estadual Univestity, (UEM) in 1974.

Besides this Noely is a member of the Revoartes since 2000, appointed as
 International Delegate for Revoartes for the United States, in 2002.
Motion of Thanks from ADT and ADTZ (Associations of Diabetics in Brazil)  for the donation of a work to a Beneficent Auction that took place in 21 of September 2001. in Teresopolis, Rio de Janeiro. The work of Noeli received high bids and was sold with a good contribution for the Associations
